: All methods were carried out in accordance with relevant guidelines and regulations. Approval to conduct the study was sought from the Institutional Review Board of the Institute of Public Health, Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife and all experimental protocols were approved with assigned number IPHOAU/12/580. Participants were duly informed about the purpose, procedure, and proposed duration of the study. Informed consent was obtained from all subjects and they were also assured of their freedom to withdraw from the study at any point in time without any implication on the healthcare services being provided at the various health facilities. Participation was strictly voluntary, and confidentiality was ensured.
