: All methods applied in this study were carried out in concordance with the Organic Law 3/2018 on the Protection of Personal Data and the guarantee of digital rights (Ley Orgánica 3/2018 de Protección de Datos Personales y garantía de los derechos digitales). This research is not based on experimental protocols, but it is entirely and exclusively based on population-based data from Spanish Vital Statistics. All the individual information contained in the microdata has been duly anonymized by INE.
