Ethical approval was sought via an amendment to an existing NHS ethical approval for the Born in Bradford’s Better Start Cohort Study, and the interviews were approved by the NHS Health Research Authority and Bradford/Leeds Research Ethics Committee (REC: 15/YH/0455).
