: All aspects of this study were performed in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki and ethical approval for the study was obtained from Nepal Health Research Council’s Ethics Review Board [Ethical approval Reference number- 2820]. Permission to conduct the study was also received from the District Health Offices of Dhading and Bhojpur. Written informed consent was obtained from all the study participants before each interview and focus group discussion. Before receiving consent, all study participants were made aware of the purpose of the study. They were informed that their participation was purely voluntary and that they had the right to refuse to respond and withdraw at any time. Data confidentiality was ensured by removing all identifiers and all study participants were provided with a contact number in case they had further queries.
