: Ethical approval to conduct this study was provided by Monash University Human Research Ethics Committee (project approval number: 15279A). All research and interviews were conducted in accordance with relevant guidelines  and informed consent was obtained from all participants. Participants could only participate if they were able to provide own written informed consent (no guardian/carer arrangements); and therefore were over the age of 18 and also willing to be involved. The recruitment occurred on site at the selected hospital/institution in Melbourne Australia, and the researcher made it clear that she was not affiliated with the hospital but a PhD student at Monash University and not an employee of the health service.
