: The <i>Institutional Review Board (IRB) of An-Najah National University</i> and the Palestinian Ministry of Health approved all parts of the study protocol (Ref: Pharm. Sep. 2021/49). Before starting the data collection, we explained all aspects of the study to the participants and obtained verbal consent. The <i>IRB of An-Najah National University</i> approved only verbal consent. Because we did not collect any identification data during the interviews and our research did not pose a major risk to patients, the <i>IRB of An-Najah National University</i> waived the requirement for written informed consent. The researchers confirmed that all the methods followed the relevant regulations and guidelines.
