: The protocol for primary data collection was approved by the Ghana Health Service Ethics Review Committee and International Coaching Federation’s (ICF) Institutional Review Board. Before each interview during the GMIS-2019, the field workers explained the benefits and risks to participants to obtain written informed consent for the survey. The fieldworkers ensured confidentiality, and participants’ identification was coded and deidentified. For this study, explicit authorization to download and use the GMIS-2019 dataset for further analysis was granted by the DHS program. Most importantly, the downloaded data did not contain any identifiable information; moreover, the data were kept strictly confidential, and password protected. In addition, this dataset was used strictly for the purpose of this study, and all methods were carried out in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki
