: Human research ethics approval was obtained from the Royal Brisbane & Women’s Hospital Human Research Ethics Committee (HREC) in June 2019 (approval number: HREC/2019/QRBW/47709). The processes used by this HREC to review multi-centre research proposals have been certified by the National Health and Medical Research Council.
