This was further confirmed and approved as a clinical service evaluation by the Sheffield Teaching Hospital Clinical Effectiveness Unit and the Clinical and Research Innovation Office (Approval number STH CEU AIMS 11531). All patient information was anonymised and encrypted to ensure patient confidentiality and the project was conducted as a service evaluation.
