: This study did not fall within the scope of the Dutch Medical Research with Human Subjects Law, because subjects were only asked to fill in a single questionnaire, which does not pose additional mental risk. This was confirmed and the study was approved by the Medical Ethics Committee (METC) of Amsterdam University Medical Centre (2020.0744, 3/2/2021).All participants were informed about the study by an introduction on the first page of the online questionnaire and provided informed consent digitally before gaining access to the online questionnaire.
