Moreover, written informed consent was obtained from all study participants. For minor participants, informed consent was obtained from a parent and/or legal guardian, and assent was obtained from mothers younger than 18 years. The confidentiality and privacy of their information were de-identified, and they were actively protected throughout the research process.
