: On the 25th of January 2018, the Medical Ethics Committee of the VU University Medical Center (ref. 2018.019) approved this study to collect and analyse retrospective data from January 2015 to January 2017. Women permitted to use their anonymous data, and their verbal consent was obtained during the intake and noted in their files while they watched; the aforementioned Medical Ethics Committee approved this procedure of obtaining consent (16).
