: The University of Newcastle’s Human Research Ethics Committee approved this study (H-2021-0425). Informed consent was obtained at the beginning of the survey with participants asked if they were willing to participate in the survey. Participants were informed that if they responded ‘yes’ to this question they were indicating they had read the Participant Information Statement embedded at the beginning of the survey and that they were consenting to participate in the research project. Participant data would not be used if they did not press “submit” on completion of the survey.
