Data collection was conducted following approval of the research proposal by the ethical review committee of Debre Tabor University, with ethical approval number DTU/RE/305/16. An official letter was subsequently sent to the South Gondar Zone Hospitals requesting permission and support for the study. Informed written consent was obtained from each participant, ensuring their voluntary involvement. To protect participants' privacy, confidentiality was strictly maintained throughout the process. Each participant was assigned a unique code number, and the questionnaires were administered anonymously to further safeguard their identities.
