: Ethical approval was obtained from the Ghana Health Service Ethic Review Committee (Protocol Number: GHS-ERC 042/08/20. Data collected were password-protected and kept solely in the possession of the principal investigator. Research assistants were trained on the principles of ethics including confidentiality and data protection.
