The University of California, San Diego Institutional Review Board approved the study protocol (Project #181597) and the use of verbal consent to participate. The board considered that written consent was not required for this study. All the participants were provided with a description of the study and associated risks as well as a copy of the consent form at the time that they scheduled their interview. Participants reviewed these materials at the beginning of their video call interview and then gave their informed consent verbally.
