: Ethical approvals have been obtained from Kamuzu University of Health Sciences Research and Ethics Committee (COMREC)- P.04/20/3038 and the Swedish Ethical Review Authority − 2020 − 01587. Informed consent was obtained from participants, and steps were taken to ensure anonymity and confidentiality. Prior to signing the consent, participants had the chance to read the form and seek clarification, where information was not clear, by asking questions. The informed consent form contained details about the study and explicitly stated that participation was optional. It also emphasized that participants had the freedom to choose which questions to answer and could withdraw from the study at any time without facing any negative consequences.
