: The ethical approval for this research was obtained from University College Hospital, The University of Ibadan ethics review committee approval number UI/EC/17/0044, and Moi University College of Health Sciences/Moi Teaching and Referral Hospital Institutional Research and Ethics Committee (IREC) approval number FAN: IREC 1933. The study was carried out per the relevant guidelines and regulations of the two approvals. Before data was collected, informed consent was also sought from all the respondents. Participation was voluntary and respondents had the right to withdraw from the study at any time. Research principles of respect, maintenance of anonymity by assigning codes to the questionnaires, principle of justice, beneficence, and the principle of non-maleficence were adhered to at all stages of this study.
