: This study was approved by the ethics committee of Chengdu Women’s and Children’s Central Hospital [No.WCCH-B2024(14)]. Before commencement, this protocol was also officially registered on the Chinese Clinical Trial Registry website () with register number (ChiCTR2400082909) on April 10th, 2024. During the preoperative consultation, patients were well-informed of the potential risks and advantages of vNOTES and TU-LESS approaches. Written informed consent will be obtained from all the participants during the preoperative consultation. All identifiable private information will be deleted or not transcribed while extracting the patients’ pathological and clinical characteristics from the Hospital Information System to protect patients’ privacy.
