This study was performed with secondary data, which were used in accordance with the national standards of the National Research Ethics Commission of the National Health Council, resolution 466 of December 2012. The resolution defines that administrative data without the signature of a free and informed consent term is possible, considering that the research offers minimal risks, that the rights or interests of those involved will not be violated, and that privacy and anonymity will be preserved. None of the researchers in this study had access to any personally identifiable information.
