: The study was approved by the institutional research review ethics committee of Oda Bultum University and Ethical clearance was sought from them. Support letter was obtained from Oda Bultum University to respective Hospitals. Permission was obtained from the administrators of respective Hospitals to conduct the study. Prior data collection, willingness of study participants was confirmed and they was told that withdrawal or decline to participate in the study would not result in any loss to which they are otherwise entitled including denial of any health care service, as this would not result in a penalty, and the purpose, procedure, and benefits of the study. No names or identifying information was indicated on the questionnaires, and all subjects were assured of confidentiality throughout the study. Then, informed written consent was obtained from each study participant. The study adhered to the ethical standards of the Helsinki Declaration for human research ethics.
