: Data set access was obtained from the Demographic Health Survey (DHS) programs (). The study is based on a secondary analysis of the Demographic and Health Survey (DHS) 2016 dataset, which is publicly available and fully anonymized. The DHS Program obtains informed consent from all participants at the time of data collection. Prior to the interviews, all eligible participants provided verbal or written informed consent in accordance with ethical standards. The present study was conducted in accordance with the ethical standards laid down in the Declaration of Helsinki and its later amendments.
