: Research and ethical clearance was granted by the Excellence in Research Ethics and Science (ERES) Converge, reference number 2023-Jan-018. ERES Converge is an independent Ethical Review Board. Approval to conduct the research was obtained from the National Health Research Authority (NHRA) Reference Number NHRA00002/12/04/2023. This study adhered to the Declaration of Helsinki on the welfare of the participants. All the participants signed the informed consent forms, and assent for those aged 16 years and below from their parents or legal guardians.
