: The ethical Clearance was secured from Jimma University institutional review board of the Institute of health With Ref. No.JUIRB/90/22. The study was ethically cleared by the research organizing and approving committee of the Faculty of Health Science. All methods were carried out following relevant guidelines and regulations of Jimma University. Informed consent was obtained from study participants, whereas a parent or guardian on behalf of participants uneducated after explanation of the study’s objectives. The data collectors were implemented COVID-19 prevention measures.
