: The study was conducted after obtaining ethics clearance from the ethics committee of Vardhman Mahavir Medical College and Safdarjung Hospital, New Delhi, as per the ethical standards for conducting research on data used from human subjects as per Helsinki declaration (letter No. IEC/SJH/VMMC/Project/September 14/03/3R3 dated 18th November 2014). A written informed consent was taken from the women to participate in the study on voluntary basis. It was assured that the information would be kept confidential and will be used only for research purpose.
