: The Debra Brehan University IRB Committee granted ethical clearance on October 18, 2023, with reference number 14340/2017. Official letter was written to Addis Ababa City public health emergency directorate and Lemi Kura health office.The life, health, dignity, integrity, autonomy, privacy, and confidentiality of personal information of research participants were protected.All participants were adult and they are informed that they have the full right to participate or not to participate in the study. Confidentiality was assured through recoding without a name and coding of questionnaires and placed in safe place after data collection. Confidentiality of the information and Privacy of the study participants should be kept by excluding names as identification in the questionnaire. The participation was voluntary, and they have the right to withdraw from the interview if it is not comfortable for them.All ethical approval were fulfilled standards of WMA Declaration of Helsinki – Ethical Principles for Medical Research Involving Human Participants
