: The study was conducted in accordance with the World Medical Association Declaration of Helsinki. The study was approved from the regional ethical committee Gothenburg, Sweden (permit number: 2018/1055–18) 10th of December 2018. Two further amendments were gained from the ethical approval committee Uppsala, Sweden (permit numbers: 2021–01957, 2022-06603-02) 13th of April 2021 and 1 st of December 2022. All procedures were performed in compliance with laws and institutional guidelines.
