: Ethical clearance and an approval letter were obtained from the Institutional Review Board of the College of Medicine and Health Sciences of Arba Minch University by reference number IRB/1215/2022. An official letter was obtained from the School of Nursing and performed in accordance with the declaration of Helsinki. After explaining the purpose and possible benefit of the study, oral and written informed consent was obtained from each client before starting the procedure. The study was explained fully (i.e. the aim of the study; the significance of the study) to each participant before joining the study and if they agree to participate then informed consent was given to sign. The study participants were informed about their rights to refuse to join, ask any question, or withdraw at any particular point during the data collection process without being frustrated. Appropriate covid-19 prevention measures were maintained by wearing a face mask, using a hand sanitizer, and keeping physical distance during the data collection.
