: The current research work was conducted with the requisite approval from the ethical committee of Quaid-i-Azam University in Islamabad. (BEC-FBS-QAU2015-98) and the two collaborating hospitals including Quaid-i-Azam International Hospital, Islamabad (QAIH-2015/11) and Pakistan Institute of Medical Sciences (PIMS), Islamabad (F.1–1/2015/ERB/SSZABMU). All the subjects enrolled in this study were informed about the current study objectives. Informed patient consent and a detailed Performa (including the patient’s history, clinical symptoms and sample collection) were filled before sampling. The present study was conducted following the principles of the Helsinki Declaration.
