: Ethical approval was sought from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology Committee on Human Research Publication and Ethics (CHRPE) with approval number CHRPE/AP/613/22. Administrative approval was sought from all hospitals. The study strictly adhered to human research ethics protocols in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki. Both verbal and written informed consent were obtained from every respondent who participated in the study. This was done after a careful explanation of the whole process to the selected women. They were made to understand that they could withdraw from the study anytime they wanted to, and their confidentiality and anonymity were assured.
