: The research was conducted in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki. Ethical clearance for this study was obtained from the Institutional Research Ethics Review Board of the College of Medicine and Health Sciences, Arba Minch University (reference number IRB/1214/2023). The official letter was then submitted to the Guraghe Zone Administration and Health Office, and a permission letter was obtained. Informed written consent was obtained from all participants after the nature of the study was fully explained to them in their local language. Participants were informed that their participation was voluntary and that they had the right to continue or withdraw from the study at any point after starting the interviews. Data privacy and confidentiality were maintained throughout the study and used only for research purposes. All information gained during data collection was kept confidential, and no personal identifications were recorded in the questionnaire.
