: This study was conducted after the confirmation of international ethical guidelines for biomedical research involving human subjects [ ]. Ethical clearance was obtained from the institutional review board (IRB) of the Wachemo University, with reference number: WCU-IRB 948/2023. Permission was obtained from Zonal and districts health offices. Study participants were informed about how they were included in the study, the purpose of the study, their rights to withdraw or continue, and potential benefits and harms of the study. A written informed consent form was prepared and attached with the questionnaire to obtain approval from each study participant by signature or fingerprint. Informed consent was obtained from all the participants. All methods were carried out in accordance to the Declaration of Helsinki.
