: All methods were conducted according to declaration of Heslthsinki. An ethical clearance and approval letter was obtained from university of Gondar institutional review board. An official letter was obtained from the hospital Mangers. Participants were informed about the study’s purpose, the importance of their participation, and their rights. Finally, written informed consent was obtained from participants before the data collection procedure begins. Confidentiality and privacy were ensured throughout the finishing of the study.
