: The study was conducted after ethical approval was obtained from the Ethical Review Committee of the University of Gondar, College of Medicine and Health Science, on behalf of the Institutional Review Board (IRB). Permission letters were obtained from the management committee of University of Gondar Comprehensive Specialized Hospital. Finally, informed consent was obtained from all the participants, and participants were assured of the confidentiality of the information, and the data was collected anonymously. Any inconvenience to participants during data collection was minimized. All methods were carried out following relevant guidelines and regulations.
