: Ethical approval was obtained from Federal Teaching Hospital, Ido-Ekiti Research Ethics Committee, which is part of the Federal Teaching Hospital, Ido-Ekiti, Ekiti State, Nigeria. Measures were taken to safeguard participant privacy.All interviews were audio-recorded solely to ensure accurate transcription. Recordings were securely stored, accessed only by the research team, and all data were anonymized. All collected data will be anonymized in reports and publications. Audio recordings were only made during FGDs with explicit participant permission.
