: This study was conducted in accordance with the ethical principles outlined in the Declaration of Helsinki. The protocol was reviewed and approved by the Scientific and Ethics Committee of the OBGYN department, Ain Shams University, under protocol number (MS/396/2022) on [26-7-2022]. Informed consent was obtained from all participants included in the study. Participants were provided with detailed information about the study objectives, procedures, potential risks and benefits, confidentiality measures, and their right to withdraw at any time without consequences. Written consent was obtained from each participant before their inclusion in the study. Additionally, participants’ confidentiality was strictly maintained throughout the research process, and all data were anonymized to ensure privacy.
