: Ethical clearance was obtained from the Institutional Review Board (IRB) of the college of medicine and health sciences, Hawassa University, Ethiopia with ethical clearance letter no. RPGe/78/2023. The IRB has given ethical clearance for written informed consent. After getting ethical clearance from the institutional review board of Hawassa University, data collection was started.
