Ethical approval was obtained from the Harran University Ethics Committee under approval number HRÜ/25.03.01. This prospective observational study was registered with the National Clinical Trial (NCT06900257) prior to participant enrollment to ensure transparency and adherence to international research standards. Written informed consent was obtained from all participants prior to their inclusion in the study. Participants had the right to withdraw from the study at any time without consequences. All collected data were anonymized and stored securely to maintain confidentiality. Following ethics committee approval, written informed consent forms were obtained from all participants for their participation in the study.
