: The study obtained ethical clearance from the research ethics committee of the Addis Ababa Medical University College Hargeisa campus (Ref: AAMUCHC/EC/62/2023). The study’s methodologies and procedures adhered to the appropriate institutional ethical standards, guidelines and procedures as well as the Helsinki Declaration. In the case of vulnerable people, such as those who were illiterate, we received written informed consent from their legal representatives. The purpose of the study was communicated to all participants, and they were guaranteed that their replies would be used solely for research purpose and would be kept anonymous. Similarly, following a clear discussion about the purpose of the study, written informed consent was obtained from each study subject, with their choice to refuse recognized.
