: This study sought ethical approval from the Regional Committees for Medical and Health Research Ethics (Ref. no: 632643). However, the committee unanimously concluded that the health research law did not govern this research. Thus, ethical approval was not required. All potential informants were provided verbal and written study information by EK-D before giving digital consent, using Nettskjema. Participants were assured of the confidentiality of their data and informed of their right to withdraw at any time without consequences. After transcription, data were anonymised, stored on a password-protected research server, and accessible only to the research team. Since no personal information was included in the manuscript, no additional consent for publication was necessary.
