: This study will be conducted in accordance with the principles of the Declaration of Helsinki and relevant Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines. Ethical approval has been obtained from Peking University Third Hospital Medical Science Research Ethics Committee (M20250133), as well as from the ethics committees of all participating centres. The study was registered with the Chinese Clinical Trial Register (ChiCTR2500105183), the registration date is 2025-06-30.Written informed consent will be obtained from all participants prior to any study-related procedures. Participants will be informed of their right to withdraw from the study at any time without any impact on their standard medical care. To ensure participant confidentiality, all collected data will be de-identified and stored securely on password-protected servers, accessible only to authorised research personnel. Personal identifiers will not be used in any dissemination materials.The findings of this study will be disseminated through peer-reviewed journals, national and international conferences, and academic forums. Additionally, summary results may be shared with participants and stakeholders upon study completion. The final dataset will be archived according to institutional policies and applicable regulations.Any substantial protocol amendments will be submitted for additional ethics review and communicated to all investigators and relevant parties.
