: Before the study, ethical approval was taken from the Non-Invasive Clinical Research Ethics Committee (decision no: 2023/656) and institutional permission was granted by the hospital where the study was conducted. All participants were informed verbally and in writing before the distribution of the data collection forms. Data collection forms were collected after receiving verbal and signed written informed consent from the HRPs and their spouses separately through informed consent forms. When one of the spouses refused to participate in the study, the couple was excluded from the study. Participants were informed verbally and in writing that they could withdraw from the study at any stage without any justification. This study was supported by Selçuk University Scientific Research Projects Coordination Office with the project number 23202044. The study was conducted in line with the ethical standards of the Declaration of Helsinki.
