: The study with its study protocol was approved by the Ethical Review Board in Uppsala (Dnr. 2023-06195-02). The study does not include experiments on humans and/or the use of human tissue samples. All methods included in the study were performed in accordance with the relevant guidelines and regulations. All participants were given written and oral study information, informing them that participation was voluntary and that they were free to withdraw from participating without any explanation. Written and oral informed consent was obtained from all subjects. Participants were identified in the transcriptions by an interview number and data was kept confidential.
