The study was approved by the Ethics Committee of the Maternal and Child Hospital and Specialized Services of Nuevo León, Secretariat of Health of Nuevo León, Mexico (Protocol No. DEISC-PR-19-01-23-019). For participants younger than 16 years, written informed consent was obtained from their parents or legal guardians prior to data collection.
