: An explanation about this research, researchers, and voluntary participation was provided in the initial phone contacts, forwarded mobile message and on the first page of the questionnaire. Informed consent to participate was obtained from all participants. Designing an encoded and anonymous questionnaire, ensuring the possibility of access to the researchers via two exclusive phone lines, and maintaining privacy at all stages of this study were among the ethical principles that were strictly followed. Furthermore, the study protocol conformed to the ethical guidelines of the 1975 Declaration of Helsinki. The protocol of this study was also approved by the ethics committee board of Shiraz University of Medical Sciences (SUMS), registered under number IR.SUMS.REC.1401.722.
