: Before data collection, ethical clearance was obtained from the Institutional Review Board of Hawassa University College of Medicine and Health Sciences (Ref.No: IRB/328/16). A formal approval letter was obtained from the college’s ethical review committee. The data collectors explained the significance of the study and the secure data management and privacy protocol before obtaining informed consent from each participant.
