: Ethical approval to conduct the study was obtained from Lira University Research and Ethics Committee (LUREC 2023-34). Further voluntary informed written and verbal consent was obtained from each of the participants of consenting age. Consent to participate in the study for participants below the consenting age was obtained from the legal guardians, and assent was obtained from each participant before data collection. The participants who were non-consenting and did not have parents or guardians were taken as emancipated minors.
