Ethics approval and consent to participate: Ethical approval was obtained for this study from the University of the Sunshine Coast (UniSC) Human Research Ethics Committee (S201444), 29/7/2020 and the University of Queensland (UQ) Human Research Ethics (2022/HE001554), 29/10/2022. All research and interviews were conducted in accordance with relevant ethical guidelines. Respondents were informed of the study purpose, procedures, and assured confidentiality. Informed consent to participate was obtained from all participants in the study. Participants were allocated a pseudonym/code on all transcripts so that no information was personally identifiable. Names of significant places and key events were also withheld to further ensure confidentiality of the participants.
