Ethics approval and consent to participate: The ethical clearance letter was obtained from the Ethical Review Board Committee of Arba Minch University, College of Medicine and Health Sciences, with reference number IRB/1432/2023. A support letter was written by the Zonal Health Bureau to each respective hospitals, and permission was obtained from the hospital administration before the actual data collection. Written informed consent was obtained from the study participants after explaining the purpose, procedures, potential risks, and benefits of the study. All responses were kept confidential, anonymous, and used only for research purpose.
