Ethics approval and consent to participate: This cross-sectional study was approved by the Ethics Committee of University of Health Sciences Adana City Training and Research Hospital (Date: 25.07.2024; Decision No: 79) and was conducted in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki. All participants were informed about the purpose and procedures of the study before enrollment. Written informed consent was obtained from all participants.The study did not include any questionnaires. Clinical and laboratory data were collected as part of routine clinical evaluation, and all data were kept confidential.
